Business owner Josie Meredith has been in the hotel and restaurant business for over 10 years and just took over the ownership of the Guesthouse early 2005. Her wealth of experience ensures that customers here can expect a warm and friendly service with a focused attitude towards customer care. Josie & Leo have owned 2 pubs in South Wales - The Bear Inn & Barley Mow, the Barley Mow an 80 patron country pub in the Vale of Glam with a highly reputable name for food.
The Bute House had, had its 1st busy year with a high percentage of repeat bookings.
